Have you ever encountered a situation where data was changed, but you don't know who, why, when and what the original value was? Generwell's Master Log can answer those questions. Every time an update, insert or deletion occurs, details of the transaction are automatically recorded to the Master Log. Information includes the field name, user name, date/time, old value and new value. In addition, individual fields can be configured to prompt the user for a comment concerning the transaction. | |

All the information captured in the Master Log is available for analysis in the Master Log Viewer. The Viewer includes tools to query, sort and report entries based on any selection criteria. Permission to the Viewer is governed internally by your system administrator. | |
